Modern IT Solutions reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. User Obligations

You acknowledge and guarantee that you will:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Provide accurate and truthful information to Modern IT Solutions and update it periodically.
Review and comply with any notices sent by Modern IT Solutions or published on its platforms regarding your use of its services and software.
Not sublicense, lease, publish, transmit, distribute, execute, display, sell, or reclassify Modern IT Solutions’ services and software, except as expressly permitted under this contract.
Use our services and software solely for lawful purposes and refrain from sending or storing illegal or fraudulent materials.
Not use the services to harm, harass, or inconvenience others.
Not disrupt the proper operation of Modern IT Solutions’ software or systems.
Not attempt to damage the software in any way.
Not copy or distribute the company’s software, systems, or content without written permission from Modern IT Solutions.
Keep your account password and any access credentials secure and confidential.
Provide proof of identity as requested by Modern IT Solutions.
Acknowledge that Modern IT Solutions reserves the right to deny access to any service or software without providing reasons.

License Scope

Modern IT Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and irrevocable license to access and use its software strictly for personal purposes under this contract. You agree to:

Not rent, lease, resell, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software to third parties.
Not modify, adapt, translate, summarize, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code, internal design, text, multimedia (images, audio, video), data, or other content provided by Modern IT Solutions or third-party service providers.
Not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices within the services.
Not intentionally transfer, distribute, or allow unauthorized access to the services.
Not share your username, password, software serial number, or other access credentials.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights to the services, software, and related materials (including content you submit) remain the sole property of Modern IT Solutions. You must not reproduce or permit the use or reproduction of the services, trademarks, or commercial names displayed in the software.

Payment

Modern IT Solutions reserves the right to impose new fees for the use of its services, software, or technical support. If fees are introduced, you will be notified and may choose to continue or terminate the contract. Prices may be updated periodically, and you are responsible for checking the current pricing on our website or by contacting us. Payment for services must be made via bank transfer immediately upon receipt of the service. You are solely responsible for timely payments, and all fees are non-refundable. By accepting these terms, you agree that failure to pay may result in suspension of your access to the services and stored data. In case of non-payment, Modern IT Solutions will grant a 30-day grace period before suspending your account, during which you must settle all outstanding invoices.
